How To Apply

A simple 4 stage process to apply for a grant
To access the grants application pages you must be a registered user of our site.

Login or register - you can do this by clicking on the login/register links at the top right of each page. Its free, simple and open to anyone.

If you have already registered then just click on the login link above the main picture at the top of the page, enter your login credentials and then navigate to the specific grant application form - found under the Grants & Awards menu.

When you register with us this automatically will send us a note to create your Photoshelter account. At the moment this is a manual process, so this could take up to 24 hours, but we aim to do this as quickly as possible.		Check your eligibility and and the specific criteria for the grant that you are applying for.

You will only have access to these pages once you have registered and logged in.

Each of our grants and awards have subtly different eligibility criteria. You can find each of these on the respective individual grant or scholarship detail pages. The quick links to those pages are:


It is essential that you read the eligibility criteria carefully.

Regretfully we cannot process any application that does not meet the specific criteria for a grant or scholarship and any application that does not meet these criteria will be deemed void.		Upload 8-10 of your images to your folder within our Photoshelter archive.

PLEASE NOTE YOU SHOULD ONLY UPLOAD ONLY IN SUPPORT OF A GRANT APPLICATION. WE DO NOT ACCEPT GENERAL UPLOADS

We will send you your free Photoshelter account details allowing you access to our our Photoshelter archive account when you register.

If you are already a Photoshelter user then you can enter that information at registration.

Whichever way - new or existing Photoshelter user - we then authorize access to our account and notify you by email.

When you get this, then you can upload your 8-10 images to your folder within our Photoshelter archive - the specific details of how to do this are outlined for each award in their individual pages.

Be sure to add the name of the folder to your online application form.		Complete the online application form and upload any supporting information for the specific grant you are applying for.

All our grant and award applications are completed through an online form, which can be found by selecting the specific grant and award from the Grants & Awards menu option.

The forms vary slightly by grant but most offer the opportunity to add a one page additional document for supplementary information.

Make sure you have all your information to hand and all your files ready - at present the form cannot be saved midway through the application process, although we are working hard to make this easier for you.
